Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following keys:
F1 – activates the trainer
NUMPAD2 -empty bladder
NUMPAD3 -air
NUMPAD7 -normal body temperature
NUMPAD8 -normal ambient temperature
