Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following keys:
NUM1 -improves the result (host)
NUM2 -improves the result (guests)
NUM3 -health
NUM4 -stops the timer
NUM5 -adds 10 minutes
NUM6 -subtracts 10 minutes
NUM7 -focus points
NUM8 -super speed
HOME -disabling all accessibility features
