Unpack the archive, install and run the WeMod application, and then run the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F1 - Unlimited Hull
F2 - Unlimited Shields
F3 - Unlimited Power
F4 - Always Allow Auto Pilot
F5 - No Wanted Level
F6 - Unlimited Credit
F7 - Unlimited Missles
F8 - Instant Missile Cooldown
F9 - Weak Target Ships
