OpenSpy Patch (Multiplayer Fix)   is a mod for Rise and Fall Civilizations at War, created by  zoli456.

Description:

The is a multiplayer fix for a game called: Rise and Fall Civilizations at War (v1.15). The multiplayer originally used the GameSpy service, which was shut down long ago. This mod allows you to play multiplayer on a fan-made alternative of this service, called Openspy.net.

Instructions:

Use a DRM free copy of the game. This also contains a UPnP client to automatically portforward the game

1. Unpack it into the game directory
2. Start the game using the .bat file.
3. Before logging into OpenSpy input a random serial in this format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. Two players can't use the same serial.
4. Login in with your OpenSpy credentials.

If the game doesn't let you log in create a fresh account from the ingame menu. You don't need to use a real email address.
