Unpack the contents of the archive, start the trainer and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
Num 1 - health
Num 2 - ammunition
Num 3 - no reload
Num 4 - score
Num 5 - armor
Num 6 - kills
Num 7 - Serious/Blood Pack
Num 8 - easy kills
