HOW TO:
Extract and copy "Engine.ini" from .rar archive, into the %LOCALAPPDATA%\SilentHill2\Saved\Config\Windows\ folder, replacing already existing file.
If you dont know how to find this folder, the quickest way to open this folder is:
just copy %LOCALAPPDATA%\SilentHill2\Saved\Config\Windows\ and paste into the Windows Explorer address bar and press Enter.
It will automatically open it for you.
