Description:

This is a 50 x 80 9-race conquest game, with four playable races: Federation, Klingon, Typhon Pact and Species 8472. The AI consists of the Borg, Cardassian-Dominion Confederacy, Ferengi Alliance, Romulan Republic, the Rakelli and random mission generated races to include the Hirogen and Husnock. SFC III: Typhon Pact conquest mod was tested and found to be stable on Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 7 (64bit). This mod has not been tested on Windows 8 or 10.

To install:

Delete prefetch Activision file for SFC:III.

Install virgin SFC:III on your system. DO NOT INSTALL DIRECT X 8 OR GAMESPY.

Install Taldren BetaPatch provided with download.

Delete the sfc configuration file, Assets and MetaAssets from your SFC:III game.

copy and paste new files provided with your download to your game - DO NOT ALLOW the new and old files to merge.

Installation is complete. Close and play.
