18+ GOG PATCH is an offiicial patch for Full Metal Daemon Muramasa, that restores the censored content.
The game originally debuted in Japan with numerous erotic scenes. These were removed from the English-language release, as the game could not have been released on GOG.com without it. However, a parallel 18+ PATCH was released to restore all cut scenes of this type.
