WOTR Mod Loader is a tool for Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring , created by PalMz^.
Description:
•Installs a mod from a list, including original/vanilla. •Keeps your Saves, Levels, Player profiles, and AI-players in one place. No more manual synchronizing between your mods. •Super fast. Only copies necessary files.
By using this application, you accept the End-User License Agreement found in the EULA.txt file in
the "WOTR Mod Loader" folder.
Finding game folder:
You can right-click the WOTR icon on your desktop and click "Open File Location".
The game folder "War of the Ring(tm)" is typically located in:
C:\Program Files\Liquid Entertainment\War of the Ring(tm)
If I am wrong, look here:

How to setup:
1. Put the tool folder "WOTR Mod Loader" into your game folder › "War of the Ring(tm)".
2. (Optional step). You can make a shortcut to the "WOTR Mod Loader v1.0.bat" program, and put
the shortcut on your desktop or wherever you want. You CAN NOT copy the program to somewhere else,
because it searches folders from its own position.
3. In your ORIGINAL, NOT MODIFIED game files in "War of the Ring(tm)" folder, copy the "Archives" and
"Database" folder into the "WOTR Mod Loader\Original" folder. Modified files won't allow you to load
the original game, and can break/crash the modded game.
Adding mods:
1. For each mod you want to add, create a new folder in "WOTR Mod Loader" folder. Put any name.
2. Copy the Database and/or Archives folders into the new folder.
If they don't exist, put LQR-files into a new folder called "Database". H2O-files go into "Archives".
3. (Optional step). In the mod files, delete files that are from year 2002-2003. These are unnecessary.
4. Folders like "AIPlayers" and "Levels" can be copied directly to your game folder. These are
rarely mod-specific and can usually be used in all instances.
(Hint/tip: You can check the existing mods to see how it is structured.)

Limitations:
•This tool only works in Windows platforms. Any version of Windows will work, starting from Windows XP.
•This tool can't install different releases/versions of WOTR. So, you still need to have two separate
game folders for version 1.00.0011 and 1.01.0011.
•Currently, this tool only assumes that Database and Archives are modded. Feel free to contact me
if your mod is not supported by this.
