Are you prepared to fight crime in Springfield? If so - meet Morgan Brown, a seniour Lieutenant Detective, who's rivaling his arch-nemesis Wiggum in a race to clear the city off the criminals and earn a promotion to become the next chief of the Springfield's Police Department! (Currently, a demo featuring only 2 out of 3 levels)

Time to investigate!

Springfield is full of scum and villany, and the current chief of Police does absolutely nothing to prevent crimes from spreading. Fortunately, a? skilled veteran police detective recently got promoted to a seniour Lieutenant position. His name is Morgan Brown, and he will do everything it takes to earn the promotion and drop Wiggum's tyranny down. Oh, and, maybe arrest some criminals along the way.

Welcome to Springfield Noire 2: Reinvestigated!

This mod is a remastered version of the original one that was released in 2018, but it was really bad and didn't have a solid story, so I decided to remake it.

Play as Detective Brown and solve every mystery in Springfield!

This mod features:

A completely new character never featured in any of the Simpsons media - Lt. Morgan Brown!

A set of various collector cards that describe characters from the show (and mod developers) and their possible crimes!

Tons of new vehicles and costumes! [Simplified in Demo]

Completely overhauled UI and a High Definition Radar minimap!

A unique story spanning across 3 levels! [2 Levels available in Demo]

Voiceover work!

Multiple map tweaks, including cleared out highway incident on Level 1 and even brand new shortcuts!

New music tracks, including both, game OSTs and even brand new, custom-made soundtracks!

A brand new and a randomised game mode which replaces the old boring Wager Race - Hit & Chase! It's randomized to the core, so there are over 5 million possibilites! [Unfinished in Demo, but playable nonetheless]

Instructions:

Hey there!

To install the mod you need Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher.

1. Extract the contents anywhere on the desktop

2. Open the launcher, wait for it to load and then click "Open..." in the left bottom corner of the programm

3. In the dropdown menu click "Launcher settings"

4. Now go to the "Game" tab and click "Browse", after that - locate your Simpsons Hit and Run executable (.exe) file and click "Open"

This will link the launcher to your game copy, now you can forget about launching the game directly since the launcher is better anyway!

To install Springfield Noire 2: Reinvestigated - simply put "Springfield Noire Reinvestigated DEMO.lmlm"(extract it out of the archive first though) into the "Mods" folder that was downloaded alongside the launcher, and that's it! Reload the launcher and the mod will be available. Tick it and enjoy!
