Description:
ReShade preset that gives a cinematic feel and look to the game.
Instructions:
It's just the .ini file. You will need the latest version of Reshade to use this Preset.
Tp install just drop the .ini file into The Surge Bin Folder where the exe is located. To toggle ReShade menu press Shift+Home (Numpad 7) to toggle effect on/off press Numpad 2.
