This is Under the Garden, a free survival platform by Paul Greasley.

Description (in author’s own words):

This game was made for the tigsource "A game by its cover" competition, Under the Garden is a open ended survival simulator/platformer. Art, programming and design by Paul Greasley, sound effects by Compound, and music by Craig Stern.

Gameplay notes:

To play this game on a pixel shader card lower than 2.0, in the scripts directory of the Mod you are playing, locate player.ini and set "effects=7" and "noshader=1", if it doesn't exsist in the file simply enter it. To play this game with smoothing disabled simply set "effects=7" in player.ini in the scripts directory. To modify the control options for the game locate controls.ini in the scripts directory. To edit the game please read the editor readme file included in the zip.

The default controls are W,A,S,D for movement, and left click and right click for interaction.
