This fixes the issue with Velvet Assassin showing a window border when in fullscreen mode on Windows 8 and later.
Instructions:
Extract it anywhere and run install.bat.
This fix works by applying the ForceSimpleWindow compatibility fix to this game's version of replay.exe (other games are unaffected).
