Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1, being at the main menu of the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following facilities (numeric block!):
NUMPAD1 -only the fog of war (Fog of War)
NUMPAD2 -unlimited number of orders
NUMPAD3 -unlimited power
NUMPAD4 -neutralization population limit
NUMPAD5 -special abilities
NUMPAD6 -upgrade'y units and buildings
NUMPAD7 -filling unit bars
NUMPAD8 -instantly putting buildings
F1 -indestructibility units (F2 off)
F3 -exhaustion of the soul
F4 -sucking soul
NUMPAD9 -injunctions for the planet
NUMPAD. -complete equipment
NUMPAD + -stealing technology
NUMPAD0 -take control of the enemy troops
NUMPAD/ -manipulation unit morale
NUMPAD * -faster regeneration of special skills
