bad blood is now working and you should be able to play however some mods are disabled in bad blood

added 19 new npc buy them in the clothes store on the exclusive tab

the division character added

custom conversations from the living city mod are actually working now

mods that work on bad blood are car on demand and also added a special character you can buy in the clothes store

all weapons are now unlocked and available to buy on the weapon shop from the game start so there are no more requirements to get them

finally fixed environment lightning + improvements and bug fixes

lights should be working properly now and sun shouldnt be too bright anymore

Adde e3 m468 weapon wich should be the 416 assault rifle

adde glock18 wich should be the P-9mm pistol

Added new chase music

added new profiler and more.

updated graphics + added better lightning bloom

Instructions:

Put the Living_City_MOD_CONFIG file, patch.dat and patch.fat into watchdogs data_win64 folder but make sure to make a backup of your save files

and original patch files. Optional: put the Apex file in the Watch dogs bin folder if you are going to use ReShade.
