Learning All The Things is a mod for X: Rebirth, created by iforgotmysocks.
Description (in author’s own words):
This mod allowes every player controlled npc to level up one of his relevant* skills once an hour based on a percentage, that the player can define in the modfile himself.
Standard value is a 30% chance.
* specialists are an exception, they level up all skills sorted by the most commonly used skills for specialists. Sorry... lazyness. ^^
The concept is nothing new, i just couldn't find a mod that didn't skip specialists and targeted the npc type's specialized skills so i coded it real quick. Have fun.
Installation:
Download the file, extract the learningallthethings folder and move it to your extensions folder.
Deinstallation:
Simply remove the folder, no savegame issues whatsoever.
