Simulation games. These titles put emphasis on simulating authentic (or fictional) actions in the most realistic manner possible. They allow the player e.g. to control civil (digger, crane, bus) or military vehicles (plane, tank, warship). Life simulation games (especially The Sims series) are very specific example of titles in this category, because they can simulate almost infinite number of aspects of human lives.

The product was created by Czech studio SCS Software, who previously created its sister game - Euro Truck Simulator - and the 18 Wheels of Steel franchise. The game lets you play as a driver of a mighty 18-wheeler, whose career takes him from being an ordinary full-time corporation worker to an owner of a prosperous transport company.
RailWorks: Train Simulator 2013

The amateur railwaymen can now expect streamlined controls (the authors introduced gamepad support), and various difficulty levels.

Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 2 is an extension of the 2005 Lock On Air Simulation supplement to Flaming Cliffs. Developers from Eagle Dynamics studio decided to introduce changes in flight physics of particular models of machines, ballistics system and multiplayer mode. The advantage of the extension is also a more detailed visual setting.
RailWorks 3: Train Simulator 2012

Another entry in the complex simulation game series, in which players take on the role of a train driver. Once again, the game was developed by Dovetail Games studio, who has also given us a tutorial that introduces us to basics of gameplay. There is also a career mode, in which we must complete dozens of varied missions. Quite obviously, we drive many different trains: from modern inventions to machines from the age of steam.
Ski Region Simulator 2012

In Ski Region Simulator 2012 we run our own winter resort, taking care of its successive expansion and completing the tasks assigned by the game. During the game we use various snow vehicles, which can be controlled with the use of a keyboard, gamepad or steering wheel.

X4: Foundations

Similarly to its predecessors, X4: Foundations focuses mostly on giving the players a freedom in how they want to play. At the beginning the player takes control of a cheap space ship with weak specifications. He is being thrown into the middle of an open galaxy.
Euro Truck Simulator 2: Vive la France!

The third official expansion pack for Euro Truck Simulator 2 from the Czech SCS Software studio - a game which has remained very popular since its release. The Vive la France! expansion does not introduce any changes to the gameplay mechanics or technology employed by the game. It focuses mainly on expanding the game area with the territory of virtual France. In the base game, only a small part of this country was recreated.
Digital Combat Simulator: Bf 109 K-4 Kurfürst

Digital Combat Simulator Bf 109 K-4 Kurfürst features the German WWII fighter aircraft Messerschmitt Bf 109 K series model 4. Like the previous games in the series, the title features faithfully rendered details, including the appearance of the aircraft, weapons, engine, communication system and electronics.

The Sims: Makin’ Magic introduces magic and magic-related locations and accessories to the game. After installing the expansion, the Sims will learn how to cast spells that can impact other Sims’ feelings towards them. The spells also enable a Sim to have his revenge on a neighbor or to make daily work easier. A new location, Magic Town, was introduced in The Sims: Makin’ Magic.

In the base game the player takes care of virtual characters: he organizes their time, helps them develop their talents and takes care of the decoration of their houses. This time the developers from Maxis focused on expanding the male-female relations. The Sims: Hot Date offers a large set of new faces, hobbies and thematic objects like a picnic basket, romantic couch and a sexy bath tub.
Monster Garage

Monster Garage is a car game based on the popular programme of Jesse James, broadcasted by Discovery Channel. Just like in the TV prototype, the game consists in making untypical modifications to passenger cars. Players must also take into account the time and money they can devote to each of the seven tasks. The title was produced by Invictus studio.
WWII Battle Tanks: T-34 vs. Tiger

WWII Battle Tanks: T-34 vs. Tiger is another, after T-72 Balkans on Fire, tank simulation, which was created by programmers and designers from IDDK studio. This time the action takes us back to the times of World War II, when the Soviets after the victorious battle of Kursk set off for Berlin, following the retreating German troops.
