The action takes place on the streets of a fictional city – the metropolis, divided into five districts, is an area of operation for various gangs, keen on eliminating each other. The player receives a task to defeat the bosses of the racing underworld, and acquire the title of the king for themselves. The gameplay focuses on the titular drag racing, known as 1/4 mile races.

The action is presented from the first person perspective, while during a race we do not directly control the motorbike – instead, the individual moves are performed through touching corresponding places on the screen.
