They allow the player e.g. to control civil (digger, crane, bus) or military vehicles (plane, tank, warship). The game takes advantage of the X-Plane engine developed by Laminar Research.

Compared to the original, the creators decided to implement the Roger Wilco voice communication system and the SKY engine! Environment Exciter, responsible for modelling the effects of the sun, clouds and weather.
