Foxhole - How to Commend

Foxhole is an MMO game that puts players on the frontline of a major war. However, the gameplay is not just about killing enemies. You have to hold important positions, produce and deliver supplies to the front, and develop technologies. If you are exceptionally helpful, other players can commend you and you can commend them. In this article we will tell you how to do this.

Foxhole: How to Commend

1. Press F1, then click on character's name and select commend
2. Alt + left mouse button on the character model, in the menu click commend (may not work if the character is covered by something, such as a roof).
3. On the left side of the screen, you will occasionally see notifications about players who are carrying goods. Simply click on the green sign to commend them.

Foxhole Commend: Rules

1. The maximum number of players you are able to commend is 20 per day.
2. You can commend the same player up to three times in one day.
3. You can receive an unlimited number of commendations yourself.
4. You must earn the ability to commend someone – kill enemies and deliver goods.
5. You can check the number of commendations you can award by pressing F1 (top menu).

Foxhole: Ranks

Commendations allow you to gain ranks. There are 19 of them in total. Obviously, the higher the rank, the more commendations you have to get. Below we have shown how many times you have to be commended in order to be promoted to the next rank. It is worth emphasising that these are total numbers. For example, in order to become a Staff Sergant you need to gain a total of 50 commendations (but from the rank of Sergant only 30).

Ranks are mostly of no practical use except for the first 4. Thanks to them you can place Map Posts, create Squads and Regiments.
