Remnant From The Ashes: Starting Tips

Below you can find a few starting tips that will help you understand some of the mechanics better and avoid making typical mistakes. For more hints and tips, visit the Beginner's Guide & Tips section of our guide.

  1. Look for weak points on the bodies of opponents. Targeting them will help you deal with monsters much more efficiently. Obviously, the locations of weak points on the enemy are different with each creature - sometimes, locating them may be troublesome. . Most of the time, you can simply aim and fire at the enemy's lower limbs to temporarily immobilize them.
  2. Pay attention to your stamina bar and avoid depleting it completely. If it's depleted, then you'll need to wait a few seconds before its starts to renew. . During the regeneration period, you are an easy target for your opponents. .
  3. Always destroy as many interactive objects as possible. Many of them leave Scraps that you may find useful. Target boxes and vases, as most of the time, they are destructible.
  4. Avoid falling from great heights. In Remnant From The Ashes, falling down depletes your health points, even if the drop wasn't that high. Be especially careful when traveling on narrow shelves without walls and balustrades.
  5. Don't waste your ammo on ordinary opponents. When facing standard opponents, most of the time, using the melee weapon will be enough, so that you avoid consuming valuable supplies. Leave ammo for stronger opponents.
