Proving Ground | Available facilities XCOM 2 Guide

Proving Ground is one of the most important facilities in the game. It allows you to complete various projects, which in turn unlock new pieces of equipment for your soldiers - like guns, armors, new types of grenades and ammo. Besides that, the facility is required to construct story-related items, such as the Skulljack.
This facility should be one of your first to build - however, you should keep in mind that having enough free contacts (via the Resistance Comms) is your absolute priority and you should construct Proving Ground only when you have at least a few contacts free.
