The area you should go to is southeast from Kyovashad. You can teleport to Yelesna Waypoint, as it is within the quest borders. Go southeast from the village and look for the glowing trees by the river. Now, enter the Pine Passage.
Once in the new location, go down. Of course, you will have to defeat many opponents on your way. Dungeons are randomized, but the camp should be somewhere at the bottom of the map, nevertheless. So, south from the entrance, at the end of the path, you will stumble upon a camp. Search it thoroughly. Now, go back to Soudeh and report your findings.
