The game builds on a non-linear campaign that takes the players to a fictional country of Arulco ruled with an iron fist by Queen Deidranna, who came up with a scheme and deprived Enrico Chivaldori - the player’s employer - of his rightful crown. As one might easily guess, the player is tasked with ending this reign of terror and shooting the usurper down in flames.

The goal of this game hasn't changed however - it still is about developing an efficient transport network connecting different locations, and allowing smooth transportation of goods and passengers.
