Climb these stairs to get to the secret

The first one lies inside the house you need to go through since the path is blocked. It's to your right. Once inside, go upstairs and grab the Nugget.

The house hiding the next Nugget

The second one is hidden in a household behind the barn. Grab it from the table.

Nugget of Truth #3

Here's where you lose consciousness; the Nugget is upstairs|

When you see the clock, turn right, then left. You'll reach a building in which the story unfolds. The Nugget of Truth is right upstairs.

Nugget of Truth #4

The house near the cemetery, the last Nugget in the game

The last one is hidden in the ghost town, prior to entering the cemetery. To be exact, it's in the building on the right.
