Unzip the contents of the archive into the directory My Documents folder and run the game. Select the profile of TNT will open access to all of the eighteen scenarios in career mode.
If in addition to access to the scenarios you want to also have unlocked all levels of difficulty, use the profile named TNT_LAME.
