The Demo contains the first of the three episodes contained in the full version of the game Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project.
Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project we go back a little at a time until some mysterious person to discover a new source of radioactive energy. Retrieved from it, however, was characterised by one very dangerous side effect: in his presence mutowali people into bloodthirsty beasts. When in the end the failed experiment has led to the closure of the entire underground subway segment, the Government decided to invite the Duke. The player must of course help in the fight against dangerous mutants and to find and destroy the source of radiation in the basement of New York.
