In order to unpack this file after download, please enter the following password: trainer.

Unzip the contents of the archive into the directory (the file named OPTIONS.BIN), in which the game has been installed. You'll probably need to make a backup copy of the file so that it does not lose.
You can now start the game and load the save, so you will be able to unblock access to all three campaign games.
