Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile. By default, this directory is:
C: Users and Settings\username\My Documents \ My Games\Dead Rising 2 \
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
Now you can run the game. Your character will automatically be shown on the top level 99. In addition, it will have the maximum cash 99999999 with statistics and unlocked all bonus strokes.
