Orange Alert Light is a mod for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge, created by OrangeNero.
Description:
OAl brings the gameplay design philosophy driving Orange Sun to Red Alert 2 YR. As such the mod modifies the gameplay mechanics, while leaving the graphics and sound vanilla, hence why its called light. There are no new units nor buildings, however all the nation specific bonus units have become available for all nations of each faction. Yuri should be balanced now.
The changes of this mod are as follows:
Bonus units like Sniper and Grand Cannon available to all Allies.
Bonus units like Tesla Tank and Terrorist available to all Soviets.
Auto repair and Auto Sell from Orange Sun.
More aggressive and less cheating AI.
Repair of buildings takes longer.
Satelite given to all radars revealing the whole map.
Gap Generator power given to all buildings.
Ore Purifier and Industrial Complex and Grinder are now Oil Derricks on top of their vanilla bonuses.
Veterany bonuses removed. Units still have their Elite Weapon and will auto heal and scatter when veteran.
Lunary infantry (requires Nuke) and Spy available to Soviets.
Soviet V3 Missile health doubled.
Allied GGI more durable and stronger gun.
Battle Fortress main gun stronger and AntiAir capable.
Americans drop 5 GGI now.
New graphical effects for some projectiles.
Tech buildings like Oil Derrick and Hospital made indestructible.
Yuri Tankbunker given to all Nations.

USA income Multiplier 1.1
Korea aircraft armor 1.2
France buildings armor 1.1 defense armor 1.2
Germany unit armor 1.2
UK infantry armor 1.2
Libya unit armor 1.2
Iraq aircraft armor 1.2
Cuba infantry armor 1.2
Russia buildings armor 1.2 defense armor 1.1
Yuri used to be overpowered in the original game. Now with all these bonuses and additions to the other nations, he should not be anymore.
