Endless Space 2 - Game Mod - Artificial Planets - Download

Artificial Planets is a mod for Endless Space 2, created by aazzoggerr.

Description:

This mod allows terraformation of Gas planets into telluric planets: Gas Burning -> Lava; Gas Hot -> Lava; Gas Warm -> Lava; Gas Temperate -> Ice; Gas Cold -> Ice; Gas Frozen -> Ice. Those are available once first tier terraformation technology is researched; the Gas Giant must be colonized first, of course. The size of Lava/Ice planet will always be Huge, no matter what size was Gas Giant (which I think makes sense and is lore-friendly, since Gas Giants are usually much bigger than telluric planets). These new planets can be further terraformed, they are same Lava/Ice planets that are generated in galaxy right from the start.

To install:

1. Go to Documents/Endless Space 2/Community and extract mod’s archive to that location (If there is no Community folder, make one and then make sure ArtificialPlanets is in it)

2. Now in Documents/Endless Space 2/Community/ArtificialPlanets there should be two files (ArtificialPlanets.xml and ArtificialPlanets.png) and 3 folders (Gui, Localization, Simulation)

3. Launch Game and select MODS from main menu, then select the Artificial Planets that should have "Local" on it and apply.
