H&D2 Knit cap and Civilian hat fix is a mod for Hidden & Dangerous 2, created by dream_knife.

Description:

This mod fixes the Knit cap and Civilian hat so that they actually show up in game and don't crash the game when they are dropped.

Installation

Included in this zip is a folder called "Models". Copy the "Models" folder to the Hidden & Dangerous 2 root directory / main directory. The root directory is the one that has the main game executable in it (HD2_SabreSquadron.exe). Here is an example for a typical Windows7 installation of the game:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Illusion Softworks\Hidden & Dangerous 2

So installed, you would have:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Illusion Softworks\Hidden & Dangerous 2\Models\B_en_kulich.4ds

C:\Program Files (x86)\Illusion Softworks\Hidden & Dangerous 2\Models\d_ci_cap.4ds

Use

Equip and use them like any other headgear in the game.

Uninstalling

Delete the “Models” folder from your Hidden & Dangerous 2 directory or if you need the folder for other mods than just delete “B_en_kulich.4ds” and “d_ci_cap.4ds” from the “Models” folder.
