DJAS Mod Reworked is a mod for Space Empires V, created by BotLoot.

Opis:

DJAS Rework is all about combat. Leaky shields, leaky armor, more theoretical tech levels (physics, chemistry, ...) with some new components. Rebalanced weapons, vehicle sizes, T2 ships and ground units available sooner. Reworked weapon mounts and damage types. Fixed some minor bugs left over from DJAS Mod.

DJAS Mod has 3 Tiered techs with scientific Breakthrough tech. (simulate Eras) and small to large ship sizes available from start. Rework is all about combat:

Mod aims to make specialized weapons (crystalline, engine disrupt) vs. normal weapons, or heavy weapon mounts vs. normal mounts, or big ships vs small ships a tactical and strategical choice.

Leaky shields, leaky armor - overhauled damage types: Weapons can penetrate defenses and destroy internal components.

5X and 20X Armor mounts offer same penetration protection but larger armor value compared to cost and tonnage. Choose your armor layout wisely!

More theoretical tech levels. New components, reordered tech requirements. T2 ships or units available sooner.

Rebalanced weapons and weapon mounts. Mounts available for most ship classes with less complexity in mind, they work like customization to weapons or a range extender (depends on tech). Missiles and torpedoes gain speed with level.
