Activating this trainer
Press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

When using some of the options like unlimited actions, movement, and stealth. It's probably best to try and arrest from a distance to avoid issues with the game freezing up due to certain logic elements of the game being bypassed. Also avoid using taser while those options are active.
No Fog of War: Toggle on to expose more of the mission area.
Unlimited Actions: Toggle on and in most cases you are able to use actions over and over.
Unlimited Movement: Toggle on and in most cases you can move your units over and over. You must have Unlimited Actions activated as well for this to work.
All Skills Enabled: Toggle on and most actions are enabled.
Cops Can Do Special Skills: Toggle on and in many cases the unit can do skills or interact where only specific cops with specific abilites could normally perform.
Unlimited Ammo: Toggle on and most weapons have unlimtied ammo.
Cops Stealth Mode: Toggle on and while active, if no action directly fails or alerts an enemy, you can generally move about and perform actions without enemy reacting or seeing your units.

Mute Hotkeys
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well. You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
VR Mode
- HTC Vive
Click on the VR MODE button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the MENU button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the DESKTOP button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.
- Oculus Rift
As of now the oculus has no unique input device and uses keyboard or xbox controller. Both are support by the trainer already.
