Description:
The events take place before The Bafford Job. Garrett is out and about, and stumbles on a corpse in a Caretakers office. The Diary and it's contents bring questions to mind as well as a yearning for Learning more. And besides, the rent again is due! Who are the Bell Keepers? Time will Tell...To whom will the Bell Toll?
