Terrain Shader Map Mod is a mod for Hearts of Iron III: Their Finest Hour, created by rascalnag.
Description:
This mod offersedited shaders in Hearts of Iron 3 to show the terrain on zoom out to give the map a refreshed look. The mod retains the papery feel of the map as well to keep the theme of a war map as best as the author could while retaining crispness of the edited shaders.
Instructions:
Unzip the contents into your Hearts of Iron 3/tfh/mod folder and select /Terrain Shader Map Mod/ in the launcher. Should be pretty compatible with whatever mods you decide to run alongside it since this doesn't alter provinces or anything like that, just graphical aspects of the map.
