Graphics Rules Maker (Widescreen Fix) is a tool for The Sims 2, created by Simsnetwork.
Description:
The project allows you to configure many aspects of graphics that are not available through the game menu. First of all, it allows setting high widescreen resolutions.
The tool solves the most common problems that occur on newer systems, such as graphics settings not being available or not being used on newer GPUs, as well as black square shadows under sims.
Instructions:
The mod has an installer. In the archive you will find two versions - for 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.
Once installed, open the program and select The Sims 2 from the game drop-down menu. If the game is not automatically found, go to the latest installed extension or add-on pack.
Modify the settings in the Game Tweaks section to apply the desired fixes.
Press Save Files... and click Yes in the window that appears.
