Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
CTRL + F1 -repair ships
CTRL + F2 -change of the cargo on the ship
CTRL + F10 -instantly putting buildings
CTRL + F11 -replenishment
CTRL + F12 -unlimited funds and licenses
