Steam Improvement Patch is a mod for ANONYMOUS;CODE, created by Committee of Zero.
Description:
The mod serves as an unofficial patch to improve many of the imperfections of the game version ANONYMOUS;CODE released on Steam.
FEATURES:
Script fixes
A full proofreading pass of the game has been completed, fixing slight grammatical issues, minor typos and wording issues, inconsistencies with text formatting, and a handful of translation fixes. Special attention was paid to maintaining series-wide consistency.
Translated CGs
Translated a number of CGs and BGs, as well as fixed some terminology and typesetting errors present in other images.
Subbed lines
The game features a number of lines that are voice-only and thus have no accompanying text, leaving those who play the game with JP voices out of luck. We have rectified this issue, subbing all 500+ different voice lines. These are toggled on by default, but can be turned off in the launcher if you would prefer.
Karaoke subtitles
Adds styled karaoke subtitles to openings, endings, and insert songs.
High-quality Opening audio
The files for the game’s opening theme have very low-quality audio due to poor compression. This patch replaces low-quality tracks with higher-quality versions.
Save game compatibility
Can be installed over the Steam version of the game without breaking existing saves.

Extract the archive somewhere on your hard drive, not in your game directory.
Go to the newly created ACPatch-v<version>-Setup folder and run ACPatch-Installer.exe. Warning: Has sound.
If the installer quits with an error about MSVCP140_1.dll, install Visual C++ Redistributable (32-bit version, vc_redist.x86.exe - regardless of your system) and try again.
After you click Finish and the installer closes, you can delete the ACPatch-v<version>-Setup folder.

Note: The game uses components from the latest DirectX End-User Runtimes (you may not have these even if you have the right DirectX version). If the game fails to run for you, install DirectX End-User Runtimes. (Steam should take care of this for you, but we’re leaving it here just in case.)
