A performance boost mod that delivers real FPS improvements on every GPU, including Steam Deck.

This mod is a simple .pak file that improves performance in Borderlands 4 by tweaking some Unreal Engine 5 settings. The boost you’ll see depends on your hardware, but on average it gives around 10–15 extra FPS or up to 30% more performance. Visual quality loss is very minor and almost unnoticeable.

It’s not an .ini mod, so you can still change graphics settings inside the game normally while the mod works in the background.

Installation

Unzip the mod file.

Copy all files from the mod zip into:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 4\OakGame\Content\Paks

That’s it – the mod will be active.

Uninstall

Just delete the files you pasted in the same folder.
