Rooftops Revisited is a mod for Call of Duty: World at War, created by Spi-99.

Description (in author’s own words):

Rooftops Revisited is a Call of Duty World At War Custom level made with Modern Warfare assets, that brings the atmosphere of the Rooftops Campaign Fan project from Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare in World At War.

=== GAMEPLAY ===

This project will try to improve on the mistakes of all previous projects of the Rooftops saga. No story, no dialogues, no cutscenes, no mission fails, no often invisible walls. It will be a well structured and carefully designed map with optimized map making and crowded with enemy AI to make it more challenging and fun. It will throw you directly into the fight from the beginning to the end of the level. Fun gameplay and rooftop inspired map design are the main elements of the map, which is exactly what the first Rooftops was supposed to be, but it turned out entirely different.

=== ASSETS ===

The map's assets will be 99% from the Modern Warfare series with little to no World At War assets besides player and AI animations and default loaded assets and sounds.

=== CO-OP ===

The reason this project is made in WAW and not in COD4 is because WAW has the ability to play fanmade CO-OP maps while COD4 doesn't. The CO-OP code will support all number of players and each player will take the role of a different character replacing an ally NPC.

=== STORY ==

Note that this is not a sequel nor a prequel of any of the previous Rooftops Campaigns or other related projects. It's more of a spin-off remake and revisit of Rooftops 1 in WAW for CO-OP. There will be no story besides the objective which is simply to fight through the rooftops and reach the LZ, no dialogues, no cutscenes besides the start and the end, and no slow paced moments. It will be full of combat from start to finish with tons of enemies spawned constantly.
