Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores save'ym, namely:

You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.

You can now start the game and load the appropriate profile. Profile of TNT allows you to gain medals on their own and, in the case of profile TNT2 they are already by default, discovered. Eventually, you can get access to six awards and 40 cases.
