Unpack the archive, run the trainer, and then play the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F1 - immortality
F2 - infinite armor
F3 - no need for reloading
F4 - Endless ammunition
F5 - no heat
F6 - infinite grenades
F7 - infinite flares
F8 - infinite gadgets
Attention: Trainer is compatible with version 0.23.25530 of the game.
