Unzip the contents of the archive into the directory:
. ../Doom 3/d3xp (unless you have entered a different path during Setup, then select the directory where you will find your game)
When you start the game you will have automatic access to the level of difficulty of the Nightmare, without having to go all levels.
Note: The cheats and tricks listed above may not necessarily work with your copy of the game. This is due to the fact that they generally work with a specific version of the game and after updating it or choosing another language they may (although do not have to) stop working or even malfunction.
