Brutal Crippling Effects is a mod for Fallout: New Vegas, created by PsychorGames.
Description (in author’s own words):
Your limbs take far more damage. You will also stagger more often when you are attacked. The "Limber Jack" achievement is disabled.
If you take the Small Frame perk, your limbs will become instantly crippled when taking damage.
This mod only requires NVSE.
Instructions:
Use Mod Manager. Alternatively mod into DATA folder. Activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp.
