HD Textures is a mod for  F.E.A.R., created by  Rivarez.

DescriptionL:

This mod installs the HD Textures for your F.E.A.R. game.nitially the original textures was enlarged four times with Topaz A.I. Gigapixel neural network. Then theywere processed with Topaz Sharpen A.I. neural network.

Then many of textures were additionally processed with differentgraphic editors. And finally they were processed with a special program has created for analysis and correct the edgesof HD textures for hiding the texture seams.

Installation:

Run the installer, select the folder where "FEAR.exe" file placed, choose the necessary option and click Install" button.

If you use the Rivarez Mod install it first then install the HD Textures.

Starting new game:

It's recommended that you go to the game settings and set the textures resolution to minimum before you start na new game. After the new game loads and starts go to the game settings again and set the textures resolution back to maximum.

Solving the possible problems:

Sometimes you can see the artifacts of displaying textures or the game may crashing to desktop. In this case

quit the game, then run it again, go to the settings and set the textures resolution to minimum then load the savegame

and set the textures resolution back to maximum.
