I extracted all the HD textures from the '' VRTP 1.5 '' and '' Vice Cry '' mods, and mixed them up. To finish I put these textures on top of the '' AI Enhanced Textures Vice City '' mod, so 100% of the game's textures are changed, part HD, part Upscale. This pack literally changes all textures in the game, without exception, there is not a single original texture in it.
