ight click on payday 3 while in the steam library - Property - Launch Options.

When you open the property tab you'll see the Launch options just below, insert this commands in there:

-dx12

(ONLY do this if your graphics card fully supports Directx12, if not leave it alone, also when you enable DX12 the game will stutter because its compiling the shaders again, play some heists till its all cached and reenter the game)
