Unpack the archive contents, run the trainer and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
Num 0 - Unlimited Health
Num 1 - Unlimited Ammo
Num 2 - No Reload
Num 3 - Max Backpack Size
Num 4 - Get 10 Wood Boards
