Tactical Realism Lethal Weapons Mod is a mod for Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City, created by  ShadowAng.

Description

This mod changes the gameplay to make it more like tactical shooters.

FEATURES:

1. This mod is a total overhaul of the weapons & game balance.
2. This mod is balanced around hard (Veteran), or very hard (Professional difficulty). On Veteran or above, you now die quickly, but also kill everything quickly!
3. Every weapon in the game has been massively re-balanced to be hyper accurate & extremely lethal, with virtually zero aim bloom, & massively increased effective ranges.
4. Massively increased ammo pools for every weapon. Total rounds in weapons magazines for a lot of weapons increased. Sniper Rifles increased from 5 to 10rnd mags. –
5. Laser dots/sights have been added to weapons that never had them before.
6. Disabled AI Team friendly fire.
7. The Desert Eagle/Lightning Hawk massively buffed, about double RoF; along with most SRs. Grenade Launcher from 5 to 15rnds with replenishable ammo
8. Weapon Cost reductions. (25000 to 10k, 27500 to 7500, 25000 to 5k)
9. Added laser dot/line to more enemy weapons (Less cheap insta deaths)

Instructions:

Drag & drop mod folder files into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City (main install folder)

If you're prompted to overwrite, you've done it correctly. If not, hit ctrl + z (to undo & try again).

After; delete or re-name these files in the same main Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City install folder

csv_fe.ssg

csv_game.ssg

csv_pre.ssg

You will also need to delete/re-name "csv_pre.ssg" & "csv_fe.ssg" files in your

dlc > pack2/pack3/pack4 folders for it to work with the DLC missions.

These are only pre-compiled boot files you need to delete/re-name, that run the default game settings as the game starts. They are not essential game files.

If you don't delete/re-name them, then the game won't load the modded realism settings instead!

You can re-name them something like I have "(Can be deleted or renamed) boot480.ssg"

You can delete the altered file name parts to switch the Tactical Realism mod off again, & return to default weapon settings/balance.
